Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Zombie tribal strategy led by Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver that blends aristocrats attrition with a fast combo finish. Early turns focus on deploying efficient Zombie creatures and mana artifacts to establish board presence. On Turn 4, Wilhelt enters to transform dying non-decayed Zombies into 2/2 decayed tokens, fueling a continuous end-step card draw engine. The midgame uses powerful death triggers from cards like Undead Augur and Bastion of Remembrance alongside board control from Noxious Ghoul. The primary win condition centers on resolving Rooftop Storm, which allows Acererak the Archlich to be cast infinitely for free to venture through Lost Mine of Phandelver and drain the entire table. Deep graveyard recursion and redundant Zombie lords provide a solid backup combat plan.
