Commander: Queen Marchesa

Deck overview

This is a Mardu "damage-reflect" control deck built around Queen Marchesa and an army of creatures that redirect damage into opponents. The core game plan is to slow the table with efficient removal, leverage the monarch to generate card advantage and token pressure, then assemble an infinite damage loop using Guilty Conscience plus any "whenever this creature is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to any target" creature. A large suite of such creatures (Boros Reckoner, Spitemare, Brash Taunter, Truefire Captain, Ill-Tempered Loner, Screaming Pandmonium, Mogg Maniac, Stuffy Doll) makes the combo nearly impossible to shut down. Backup wins come from direct combat via the monarch tokens and incremental burn from the Commander's deathtouch/haste. Graveyard recursion (Reanimate, Pinnacle Monk) and strong tutors ensure the deck can recover and find its win condition.
