Morophon, the Boundless sits in the command zone as a five-color Horse lord, reducing the cost of Horse spells and pumping the board. The deck's real engine is Shadowfax, Lord of Horses, who supplies haste and cheats attackers into play; Sun Quan and Akroma's Will provide the final unbeatable swing. It ramps to seven mana, floods the battlefield with cheap Horses, then wins through wide combat with Coat of Arms, Kindred Charge, and anthems. The secondary plan uses Changeling synergies and card-draw lords to sustain pressure.
