Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, a commander that grows with each noncreature spell and converts its power into mana once per turn. The primary game plan is to chain cheap instants and sorceries to pump Vivi, generate incremental mana, and deploy damage amplifiers such as Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph or City on Fire to turn every ping into lethal reach. The deck also packs storm finishers like Prismari, the Inspiration and Thousand-Year Storm to overwhelm the table with copied spells. A dense counterspell suite and instant-speed removal keep the path clear, while recursion engines like Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch and Sphinx of Forgotten Lore recycle key spells. The deck wins through direct damage, either by chaining pings with amplifiers or by resolving a massive storm turn.
