Deck overview

This is a Golgari Spider tribal deck helmed by Shelob, Child of Ungoliant, built around a deathtouch-and-Food engine. Shelob grants every Spider deathtouch and ward {2}, turning the swarm into a removal wall, while her triggered ability converts any creature killed by a Spider into a Food token that copies that creature - a powerful grind engine that steals opponents' best bodies. The deck wins primarily through combat: a wide, anthem-boosted spider board (Wall Crawl, The Swarmweaver, Ezekiel Sims, Spider-Totem) swinging for lethal, the alternate poison route via Fynn, the Fangbearer (deathtouch combat damage gives poison counters), and the life-drain ability of Ishkanah, Grafwidow. A moderate graveyard recursion package (Llanowar Greenwidow, Greenwarden of Murasa, Find // Finality) and value engines like Primeval Bounty and Hatchery Spider keep the deck grinding into the late game.
