This deck is a 4-color Polymorph Control strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan focuses on deploying low-cost, recurring token generators during the opening turns, followed by casting Jace on Turn 4 to immediately activate his −3 loyalty ability.
