Deck overview

Bard, King of Dale is a draw-matters control/combo deck in Azorius. The commander replaces ordinary draws with two draws and ordinary token creation with double tokens, so the deck floods the hand with Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, Smothering Tithe, and The One Ring while opponents pay mana or give up Treasures. The main win is a Hullbreaker Horror + Displacer Kitten infinite-mana engine: bounce a rock to hand, recast it, use Kitten to flicker Tataru Taru until the library is in hand, then cast Thassa's Oracle at flash speed. Secondary paths use doubled tokens to pressure life totals and a controlling shell of Drannith Magistrate, Grand Abolisher, Teferi, and free counterspells to protect the turn. There is no hidden commander; King T'Challa and The Queen of Dale are support draw triggers.
