Commander: Muddle, the Ever-Changing

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck built around Muddle, the Ever-Changing, who becomes a copy of a nonlegendary creature you control - with myriad - whenever you cast an instant or sorcery. The deck floods the board with tokens via Prismari Pianist, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Emrakul's Messenger, digs deep with a dense cantrip suite, and wins by having Muddle copy a damage-on-entry creature like Terror of the Peaks or Pyrogoyf, then attacking with myriad so the tokens' ETB triggers hit every opponent at once. Extra combats from Port Razer and Full Throttle chain those myriad attacks into a table kill. Secondary lines include Rionya, Fire Dancer copying Terror of the Peaks for a burst of damage, and Curiosity Crafter / Leitmotif Composer converting token combat damage into card advantage. It is a value-heavy, interaction-dense tempo shell that wins through repeated combat rather than a single compact combo.
