This Jeskai Wizard-spellslinger deck is helmed by Gandalf, Party Guest, whose combat-triggered free-cast ability scales with the number of legendary Wizards on the battlefield. The primary plan is to deploy a critical mass of legendary Wizards, then use Gandalf to chain free instants and sorceries - extra turns, extra combats, or value spells like Insurrection - to close out the game.
