Commander: Shiko and Narset, Unified

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai spellslinger deck built around Shiko and Narset, Unified, using the commander's Flurry trigger to double targeted spells or draw extra cards on the second spell each turn. The plan is to chain cheap instants and sorceries into Guttersnipe, Electrostatic Field, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun while generating board presence with Young Pyromancer, Manaform Hellkite, and Shark Typhoon. Big-mana turns powered by Mana Geyser and Rousing Refrain feed Epic Experiment and overloaded Mizzix's Mastery for massive spell chains that burn the table out. Veyran, Voice of Duality and Stella Lee, Wild Card act as "hidden commanders," and Arcane Bombardment provides long-game inevitability. The commander is a powerful value engine, but the 99 contains enough redundant spellslinger pieces to keep functioning without it.
