Deck overview

This is a Jhoira of the Ghitu suspend-big-spells deck with a deep time-counter manipulation suite, aimed at exiling game-ending spells and then stripping counters so they resolve for free-with suspend-granted haste. The primary kill is the Sway of the Stars reset: it drops every player to 7 life and shuffles away all boards and mana, after which suspended threats like Emrakul, the World Anew, Pathrazer of Ulamog, and Kozilek, the Great Distortion one-shot each opponent. Backup engines include the extra-turn spine of Time Stretch and Expropriate, the free-cast axis of Omniscience, One with the Multiverse, Aminatou's Augury, and Planetarium of Wan Shi Tong, and Keeper of Secrets, which turns every free cast into direct damage. The Tenth Doctor acts as a hidden second commander, and Glamdring, Foe-hammer's adventure provides a small access effect for instants and sorceries.
