Deck overview

Lutri, the Spellchaser fronts a low-curve Izzet combo shell rather than a pure blink deck: the main plan is to assemble an infinite untap/storm engine (Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal) or a graveyard engine (Underworld Breach + Lotus Petal), then kill with Brain Freeze or Grapeshot, with Thassa's Oracle as a backup. The flicker plan is real but secondary: Deadeye Navigator, Displacer Kitten, Dour Port-Mage, and Mystic Sanctuary rebuy spells, draw cards, and reset mana while finding the engine. Lutri acts as a cheap flash copy spell and an incidental copy-combo enabler, but no main line requires it.
