Deck overview

Shiko and Narset, Unified leads a synergistic Jeskai spellslinger deck engineered around spell copying, magecraft burn, and chained extra turns. The strategy focuses on establishing early mana rocks and cantrips, deploying the commander on Turn 4 to activate its Flurry ability. On Turn 5, double-casting triggers free spell copies and steady card advantage. Critical onset occurs on Turn 6 through duplicated extra-turn spells such as Time Warp and Temporal Manipulation, allowing consecutive turns to overwhelm the table. Victory is secured using flying threats like Velomachus Lorehold and Ancient Copper Dragon, amplified by the triple-damage effect of Isengard Unleashed or infinite turn loops via Panoptic Mirror. A dense suite of free and efficient interaction, including Deflecting Swat, Mana Drain, and Galadriel's Dismissal, shields the board during critical execution windows.
