Deck overview

Winota, Joiner of Forces is the engine and there is no double-faced or hidden commander in the 99. Primary plan: attack with cheap non-Human creatures (Thopters, Goblins, artifact creatures) so Winota cheats Humans onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. Secondary paths use Breath of Fury plus a repeatable token maker (Legion Warboss, Loyal Apprentice) for chained extra combats, or Combat Celebrant/Rionya for burst combats. A stax shell with Rule-of-Law effects, Grand Abolisher, Magus of the Moon slows opponents while Winota bypasses cast restrictions. The deck wins through combat damage-either instantly during the extra-combat loop or through double-strike anthems and token armies.
