Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal stompy strategy led by Ureni of the Unwritten. The primary game plan accelerates mana through efficient green ramp and cost-reducing shamans during the early turns to cast Ureni on Turn 5. Upon entering the battlefield and whenever it attacks, Ureni looks at the top eight cards of the library to cheat a massive Dragon directly into play. With over twenty high-impact Dragons in the 99, Ureni consistently hits game-ending threats such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Utvara Hellkite, Terror of the Peaks, and Terror of Mount Velus. The deck transitions rapidly from ramp to an overwhelming aerial offensive, utilizing free interaction spells like Fierce Guardianship and Deflecting Swat to defend its board while closing the game across Turns 6 and 7. It can also achieve an infinite combat loop with Hellkite Charger and Old Gnawbone.
