This is a spellslinger-control deck built around Hinata, Dawn-Crowned's cost reduction and tax. With Hinata on the battlefield, every multi-target spell - modal cards like Mystic Confluence and Sublime Epiphany, X-spells like Meteor Blast and By Force, and bounce effects like Distorting Wake - becomes dramatically cheaper, while opponents' targeted spells cost more. The deck pairs this with a dense token subtheme: Kykar, Wind's Fury, Monastery Mentor, Third Path Iconoclast, Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, and both Namor cards convert noncreature casts into bodies.
