Deck overview

This deck is a fast, aggressive mono-green strategy built around Fynn, the Fangbearer. It utilizes a high density of cheap 1-mana and 2-mana deathtouch creatures to turn combat damage into immediate poison counters. By landing a deathtouch creature on Turn 1 and deploying Fynn on Turn 2, the deck immediately begins applying poison counters to opponents. Because deathtouch makes blocking unfavorable for opponents, early attacks easily connect. Mid-game tools such as Garruk's Uprising provide trample to bypass chump blockers, while proliferate effects from Karn's Bastion and Urban Daggertooth add lethal poison counters without requiring combat. The deck operates with strong early velocity, but relies heavily on Fynn remaining on the battlefield to convert combat steps into quick eliminations.
