Deck overview

This deck is a classic five-color Dragon tribal deck commanded by The Ur-Dragon. The game plan revolves around exploiting the Eminence ability to reduce the casting cost of all Dragon spells by one generic mana from the command zone. Supported by 40 lands and a balanced suite of artifact and creature ramp, the deck accelerates into devastating mid-to-late-game flyers. Turn 5 serves as the primary assembly window, where engine cards like Tiamat or Scion of the Ur-Dragon tutor decisive threats straight into hand or the graveyard. By Turn 6, the deck applies critical pressure with combat powerhouses like Old Gnawbone, Twinflame Tyrant, and The Ur-Dragon, generating vast mana and drawing cards with each attack. Opponents are systematically eliminated across Turns 7 and 8 through overwhelming aerial damage and asymmetric board wipes like Crux of Fate.
