Format: Commander

Commander: Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a four-color group-hug deck in the truest sense: Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis opens the floodgates with an end-step draw and a table-wide land-drop, and the 99 doubles down with the classic sympathetic engine - Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Rites of Flourishing, Dictate of Kruphix, and Kwain, Itinerant Meddler - while Ghostly Prison and Propaganda keep the returning aggression pointed elsewhere. Goad spells (Disrupt Decorum, Taunt from the Rampart) and theft finishers (Insurrection, Mob Rule, Call for Aid, Reins of Power) convert the table's own boards into the kill. Dedicated win conditions are alternate-win cards - double-casting Approach of the Second Sun, decking into Laboratory Maniac off Forced Fruition, or Triskaidekaphile's exact-thirteen trigger - plus Treacherous Terrain as a land-count burn finisher. It is a political, high-variance deck that tends to win all at once or not at all.
