Deck overview

This deck is a non-green Polymorph Midrange strategy piloted by Jace, Multiverse Architect. By avoiding cheap utility creatures, the deck ensures that every polymorph activation hits an overwhelming legendary creature or high-impact threat. The early game focuses on deploying 2-CMC mana rocks and noncreature token generators like Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls. On Turn 4, Jace enters the battlefield and uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a token and cheat a devastating bomb—such as Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, or Serra's Emissary—directly onto the battlefield.
