Deck overview

This Boros deck combines Dwarf kindred synergies with artifact token generation. Led by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk, the deck deploys low-cost Dwarves in the early turns, establishing board presence and accumulating incidental artifacts. Once Thorin enters on Turn 5, every subsequent Dwarf creates a Treasure token, scaling the entire team's power based on the total number of artifact tokens controlled. The deck accelerates this scaling using force multipliers such as Academy Manufactor and Magda, Brazen Outlaw. By Turn 6, the board presents critical lethal pressure, delivering wide combat swings reinforced by finishers like Akroma's Will and Taunt from the Rampart. While the deck possesses strong resilience through instant protection spells like Boros Charm and secondary beatdown lines with Equipment and Dragons, it remains dependent on combat steps and vulnerable to mass artifact and creature sweepers.
