Deck overview

This deck is a thematic 5-color Assassin tribal aggro strategy helmed by Ezio Auditore da Firenze. By deploying Ezio on Turn 2, the deck leverages his menace evasion to establish early combat damage and unlock freerunning on Turn 3. This mana reduction allows expensive multi-color legendary Assassins from all five colors to be cast for just {B}{B}, bypassing significant color requirements. The mid-game builds board presence with cards like Basim Ibn Ishaq, Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, and Edward Kenway, generating card advantage and Treasure tokens. Decisive pressure begins around Turn 5 through damage amplifiers such as Quietus Spike, Bayek of Siwa, or Sorin Markov setting an opponent's life total to 10. Ezio's WUBRG combat damage trigger then instantly eliminates compromised opponents one by one, while Ramses, Assassin Lord offers an alternate table-wide victory condition upon any Assassin-assisted player elimination.
