This is a mono-white blink-token deck helmed by Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines, a commander that doubles every triggered ability of your permanents when a creature enters, while blanking opponents' enter-the-battlefield triggers. The primary game plan is to deploy cheap blink spells (Ephemerate, Cloudshift, Eerie Interlude) and creatures with flicker effects (Flickerwisp, Restoration Angel, Charming Prince) to repeatedly trigger value engines like Panharmonicon, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, Cathars' Crusade, and Felidar Retreat. The result is a multiplicative token army that can be finished with Moonshaker Cavalry or Akroma's Will. A secondary subtheme of "catch-up ramp" (Land Tax, Knight of the White Orchid, Archaeomancer's Map, Beza, the Bounding Spring) helps the deck stay mana-competitive, and a handful of special lands (Lotus Field, Scorched Ruins, Lotus Vale) turn that ramp into explosive mana.
