Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Izzet spellslinger combo list commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan accelerates Vivi onto the battlefield by turn 3 and enchants him with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout on turn 4. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each 1-mana cantrip triggers the aura three times, drawing three cards and netting two cards in hand. As Vivi grows, his {0} mana activation produces a burst of colored mana, allowing you to storm through the library. The turn concludes either by assembling infinite mana via Quicksilver Elemental copying Vivi's ability, cycling through burn triggers with Harmonic Prodigy and Guttersnipe, or casting a lethal Crackle with Power. If Vivi is disrupted, Niv-Mizzet, Parun provides a self-contained two-card infinite combo with the same auras to close out the game.
