Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Polymorph control strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary plan leverages low-cost token generators such as Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and Staff of the Storyteller alongside dense 2-mana artifact acceleration. On Turn 4, the deck casts Jace and immediately uses his -3 loyalty ability to exile a token and cheat a massive threat from the library onto the battlefield. The creature suite consists exclusively of game-warping bombs, including Archon of Cruelty, Hullbreaker Horror, Valgavoth, Terror Eater, Serra's Emissary, and Moonshaker Cavalry. Once a threat enters, the deck applies severe asymmetric pressure and attrition while Jace's passive tax discourages retaliatory combat. Backup polymorph spells like Synthetic Destiny and Mass Polymorph allow explosive multi-creature turns that overwhelm the board and close the game through flying combat damage by Turn 7.
