Elves? by FARback

Format: Commander

Commander: Marwyn, the Nurturer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-green Elfball combo deck helmed by Marwyn, the Nurturer, who scales into a one-card mana engine as each Elf that enters puts a +1/+1 counter on her. The plan is to flood the board with cheap Elf druids, use Marwyn - or her substitutes Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, and Circle of Dreams Druid - to generate explosive mana, then convert that mana into an infinite loop via Staff of Domination or Umbral Mantle, and close the game with Walking Ballista or a massive Finale of Devastation. The deck carries an enormous tutor suite (Green Sun's Zenith, Worldly Tutor, Summoner's Pact, Chord of Calling, Natural Order, Eldritch Evolution) to assemble its pieces reliably, with Ezuri, Renegade Leader and Finale of Devastation as combat fallbacks. It is a fast, redundant, commander-light combo deck that can win through almost any single point of failure.
