Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Dragon tribal reanimator strategy helmed by Scion of the Ur-Dragon. The primary game plan is to use Scion's activated ability to tutor any Dragon from your library directly to the graveyard, then become a copy of it, enabling explosive combat turns or value plays. The deck leans heavily on reanimation spells like Animate Dead, Reanimate, and Rivaz of the Claw to cheat high-CMC Dragons onto the battlefield. Key finishers include pumping Moltensteel Dragon with life to kill with commander damage, chaining extra combats via Scourge of the Throne, or assembling an infinite damage loop with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity. The backup plan is a straightforward Dragon beatdown with The Ur-Dragon's eminence discount and Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm copying your best dragons.
