Commander: Minn, Wily Illusionist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is built around drawing twice and converting that into Illusion tokens, card advantage, and an exact-hand-size kill. The primary plan is to reach thirteen cards in hand at an upkeep and win with Triskaidekaphile, accelerated by Teferi's Ageless Insight and Consecrated Sphinx. Minn, Wily Illusionist creates tokens on the second draw and can cheat permanents such as Omniscience off sacrificed Illusions, acting as a powerful secondary engine rather than the main win line. Backup paths are an Atemsis, All-Seeing one-hit player elimination and an unblockable/flying token swarm boosted by Proft's Eidetic Memory and Krovikan Mist. There is no hidden commander; the real engine is the draw package. Counters protect the fragile combo pieces until the trigger fires.
