Deck overview

Whtz, the Bibliophile is a UW control/draw deck built around no maximum hand size and several single-card win conditions. The primary plan is to tax and counter opponents while drawing heavily, then finish with a recast Approach of the Second Sun; Triskaidekaphile, Aetherflux Reservoir, and the Heliod/Sunbond/Walking Ballista counter loop are secondary paths. The commander supplies repeatable draw and no-hand-size insurance, but no combo needs it. Battle of Wits is included but cannot trigger in the supplied 100-card list, so it is effectively a dead slot unless the deck is expanded. No true hidden commander exists; Triskaidekaphile and the Ajani planeswalker package are support wincons.
