New Untitled Deck by Worm0177

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruvac the Grandiloquent

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue mill deck is built around Bruvac the Grandiloquent's ability to double all mill effects, turning small mill spells into game-enders. The primary plan is to land Bruvac and then resolve a kicked Maddening Cacophony, which mills each opponent's entire library at once. The deck also runs 24 copies of Persistent Petitioners as a redundant, tutor-proof mill engine that can be accelerated by Thrumming Stone. A dense suite of 1-2 CMC tutors finds the critical pieces, while a tight counterspell package protects Bruvac and the winning spell. The strategy is linear but efficient: accelerate, deploy the commander, protect him, and fire a single mass-mill spell to win on the spot.
