Angel Shalai by Everbond

Format: Commander

Commander: Shalai and Hallar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Shalai and Hallar is a Naya +1/+1 counter burn deck. The primary plan is to turn every counter placed on any creature into direct damage, then assemble an infinite counter loop to eliminate all opponents at once. Secondary lines use lifegain and token armies (Righteous Valkyrie, Felidar Sovereign, Anim Pakal) or All Will Be One as an alternate damage outlet. There is no hidden commander; both the engine and the support cards are built around Shalai and Hallar's trigger. The deck can win through combat in a pinch, but its cleanest wins come from Scurry Oak loops and Walking Ballista lines.
