Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Voltron build centered on Rayami, First of the Fallen. The game plan revolves around playing creatures with high-value combat keywords such as hexproof, indestructible, flying, and trample, then sacrificing them so Rayami permanently inherits their abilities via blood counters. Rayami also functions as passive graveyard hate, exiling any opposing nontoken creature that dies. Once Rayami is equipped with defensive keywords and stat-boosting equipment like Grafted Wargear, it swings each turn to eliminate players through commander damage. The deck relies on natural draws to assemble its pieces and features a budget mana base with multiple tapped lands. Its interaction suite is heavily focused on creature removal spells that require sacrificing your own fodder, advancing Rayami's keyword collection while removing opposing blockers.
