Copy of The deck of surveil by ClassyDabber

Format: Commander

Commander: Golbez, Crystal Collector

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Golbez, Crystal Collector is an artifact-draw/recursion engine, not a necessary combo piece. The primary plan is to flood the board with cheap artifacts, use Golbez's surveil to fill the graveyard, and then either assemble the Basalt Monolith + Forensic Gadgeteer infinite-mana loop with Walking Ballista, or recur huge artifact creatures (Phyrexian Triniform, Triplicate Titan, Myr Battlesphere) and drain the table at end step. Secondary paths are artifact beatdown, Mindslaver/Unwinding Clock control, and a slow Bolas's Citadel life-total finish. Tutors and cost reducers make the deck work without depending on the commander. The Everflowing Well // The Myriad Pools provides filtering and land versatility; no hidden commander is needed.
