Deck overview

This deck is a thematic Mardu midrange reanimator strategy commanded by Terra, Herald of Hope. The game plan revolves around casting Terra early, using her Trance ability to mill creature cards into the graveyard, and exploiting her combat damage trigger to reanimate low-power utility creatures and synergistic threats directly to the battlefield for two mana. Secondary engines like Celes, Rune Knight and Sentinel Sarah Lyons turn incremental reanimation into team-wide power boosts and direct damage. The deck also integrates an artifact and historic subtheme featuring Vehicles like The Falcon, Airship Restored and recursion spells such as Wake the Past and Open the Vaults. While it lacks infinite combos and universal tutors, the deck maintains a steady combat curve that can overwhelm opponents through repeated flying attacks and resilient graveyard recursion.
