Format: Commander

Commander: Isshin, Two Heavens as One

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Isshin, Two Heavens as One leads a Mardu attack-trigger token swarm. The primary plan is to drop Isshin early, then play creatures that make tokens every time they attack, doubling those triggers. Extra combat sources such as Aurelia, Karlach, and All-Out Assault multiply the token count and combat damage in a single turn. The deck also has a secondary burn path through Purphoros and Warleader's Call, plus direct damage from Caesar and Brutal Hordechief. Isshin is a force multiplier rather than a required engine: the deck can still win as a generic token-aggro build, but much slower.
