Deck overview

This is a mono-green Bear tribal aggro deck helmed by Ayula, Queen Among Bears. The plan is straightforward: flood the board with Bears, leverage Ayula's ETB trigger to either stack +1/+1 counters or fight down blockers, then overwhelm the table with anthems, counter multipliers, and one-shot combat finishers. Lords and tribal payoffs such as Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Beorn the Fierce, and Surrak and Goreclaw turn a critical mass of 2/2s into a lethal army, while Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, and Doubling Season snowball the counters Ayula and other engines produce. Primary wins come from combat - notably Overwhelming Stampede, Triumph of the Hordes, and Unnatural Growth - rather than infinite combos. Ayula is an efficient 2-mana value engine that accelerates both board growth and removal, but the 99 still contains enough lords, tokens, and finishers to execute a combat plan if she is answered.
