Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain, Itinerant Meddler pilots a group-hug draw-control strategy that turns card draw into a weapon. The deck floods the table with symmetric draw - Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Dictate of Kruphix, and Kwain himself - then punishes the bloated hands with Iron Maiden, Black Vise, Viseling, Ebony Owl Netsuke, and Scrawling Crawler while converting its own draws into value through Psychosis Crawler, Body of Knowledge, Toothy, Imaginary Friend, and Chasm Skulker. The primary kill is drawing the entire library with Mind Over Matter plus a draw engine into Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries; Approach of the Second Sun and Triskaidekaphile serve as backup wins. A pillowfort of Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, Island Sanctuary, and Solitary Confinement, alongside Stasis and Meekstone, buys the time to assemble the combo.
