Smaug by Shepjk

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

An aggressive black-red treasure build centered on Smaug, Wicked Worm. The primary plan is to chain Treasure producers into the commander, using Treasure-mana spell casts to draw extra cards, then convert a huge Treasure count into an upkeep win from Revel in Riches, Hellkite Tyrant, or Knuckles the Echidna. Secondary paths drain the table with Mirkwood Bats, Mayhem Devil, or Weftstalker Ardent, or crack an Academy Manufactor loop from There and Back Again. The commander is a repeatable draw engine, not a combo piece; the deck can function without it but misses its most efficient card filtering. Smaug the Magnificent acts as a hidden secondary dragon payoff.
