Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue artifact combo and control deck led by Lady Octopus, Inspired Inventor. The primary strategy focuses on assembling a top-of-library card draw loop using Sensei's Divining Top, a cost reducer such as Etherium Sculptor or Foundry Inspector, and a top-deck play enabler like Mystic Forge, The Reality Chip, or Mm'menon, the Right Hand. By drawing and recasting Top for zero mana, the deck draws its entire library and immediately wins with Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, or lethal table drain through Psychosis Crawler. A dense suite of countermagic, creature bounce, and asymmetric friction pieces like Frozen Aether and Torpor Orb protects the board and stalls opposing strategies until the combo is assembled on Turn 5.
