AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN (duplicated from ohlandonomor) by Fenblade

Format: Commander

Commander: Y'shtola Rhul

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Y'shtola Rhul is a six-mana flicker commander who gives two end steps per turn, letting the deck double up on ETB triggers without extra turn spells. The primary plan is value: ramp into Y'shtola, chain Mulldrifter, Fblthp, Sea Gate Oracle, and Overlord of the Floodpits, and use her extra end steps to build a huge hand while controlling the board with bounce and counters. The secondary plan is a late-game combo: pair Panharmonicon, Virtue of Knowledge, and Mirror Room // Fractured Realm with Peregrine Drake, Venser, and Man-o'-War to make unbounded mana, then finish with Psychosis Crawler or repeated Agent of Treachery theft. Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Conjurer's Closet are backup flicker engines. The hidden engine is the ETB-doubler package.
