Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. Its primary objective is to accelerate mana during the opening turns using low-cost ramp and dragon cost-reducers, deploy Miirym on Turn 4 or 5, and immediately duplicate high-impact flying Dragons. Once Miirym is online, each subsequent Dragon entering the battlefield creates an unlegendary token copy, rapidly multiplying power, enters-the-battlefield burn, and combat triggers. Cards like Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas convert entering dragons into immediate removal or direct player damage, while heavy hitters like Atarka, World Render and Utvara Hellkite quickly close out the table through overwhelming airborne combat. The deck also contains an alternate win condition in Aggravated Assault and Savage Ventmaw, which generates unbounded combat steps. Defensively, the list relies on built-in ward, targeted countermagic, and Heroic Intervention to preserve its dominant board position.
