Deck overview

This deck is a specialized Grixis synergy list led by Obeka, Brute Chronologist. It turns temporary advantages into permanent board presence by using Obeka's ability to end the turn with detrimental end-step triggers on the stack. The primary game plan duplicates high-impact creatures using cards like Sneak Attack, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Rionya, Fire Dancer, and myriad effects, then exiles the sacrifice and exile triggers to retain the token army permanently. For victory, the deck leverages compact infinite combos involving Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker paired with Zealous Conscripts or Combat Celebrant to produce infinite hasty attackers that close the game in a single combat step. Supported by efficient spot removal, solid countermagic, and graveyard recursion through Sedris, the Traitor King, the deck presents a resilient midrange strategy capable of sudden, decisive combo finishes.
