Tatyova - Landfall by user7925817

Format: Commander

Commander: Tatyova, Benthic Druid

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Simic landfall value deck helmed by Tatyova, Benthic Druid. The primary game plan is to ramp aggressively, play multiple lands per turn, and convert every land drop into card advantage and board presence. Tatyova, Benthic Druid turns each landfall trigger into a card, while Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, Oracle of Mul Daya, and Loot, Exuberant Explorer provide extra land drops to chain triggers. The deck wins through combat: landfall token generators like Avenger of Zendikar, Rampaging Baloths, Scute Swarm, and Zendikar's Roil build a wide board that Overwhelming Stampede turns lethal. It is a slow, grindy engine with no fast combos - the deck wins by out-valuing opponents over many turns. Secondary lines include Mossborn Hydra growing into a trampling threat and Bonny Pall, Clearcutter providing card advantage and a large body.
