Deck overview

T'Challa, the Black Panther leads a Selesnya artifact midrange deck that combines mana generation, +1/+1 counters, and heavy combat pressure. T'Challa consistently produces indestructible Vibranium artifact tokens on entry and attack, creating a durable mana base dedicated to casting high-impact artifacts. Casting artifacts with mana value 4 or greater triggers +1/+1 counters across your board, rapidly scaling your commander and supporting creatures into major combat threats. The deck supports this aggressive engine with the monarch mechanic, drawing extra cards each turn while taxing opposing attacks through cards like Queen Mother Ramonda. Powerful combat enablers such as Bast, Panther Goddess, Storm, Queen of Wakanda, and Overwhelming Stampede allow your board of vehicles, tokens, and boosted heroes to push through massive trample and flying damage. Resilient against conventional artifact sweepers, the deck steadily grinds out value and eliminates opponents in sequential combat phases.
