Deck overview

This is a Jund tokens-and-reanimator hybrid deck helmed by Slimefoot and Squee. The primary game plan is to generate an army of 1/1 green Saproling tokens then use them as fuel for card draw (Greater Good, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King), mana generation (Insidious Roots, Brightcap Badger), and creature recursion via the commander's activated ability. The deck also packs a robust reanimation package (Living Death, Victimize, Animate Dead) to bring back high-impact threats like Archon of Cruelty, Etali, Primal Conqueror, and Massacre Wurm. Wins are achieved either through overwhelming combat advantage (saprolings grown with Tendershoot Dryad) or by using Goblin Bombardment and Mayhem Devil to hose extra life from creatures turning into permanents. The commander is a key engine that re-buys both a creature from the yard and itself, but the strategy has many back-up lines.
