Turtles Nightmare by Felix497

Format: Commander

Commander: Super Shredder

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Super Shredder is a mono-black counter-growing voltron deck wrapped around an attrition and sacrifice engine. The commander's "another permanent leaves the battlefield" trigger makes every token sacrifice, upkeep sacrifice, and graveyard rotation add +1/+1 counters. Braids, Cabal Minion, Jadar, and Ophiomancer supply fodder, while Ashnod's Altar and Priest of Forgotten Gods turn that fodder into mana and removal. Secondary paths are token/drain pressure with Blood Artist and Bontu's Monument, plus reanimation into Sheoldred or Shredder, Shadow Master. There is no true infinite loop in the list; the deck finishes by making Super Shredder huge and unblockable, often with Vorpal Sword. Shredder, Shadow Master acts as a parallel life-halving beater rather than a hidden commander.
