Deck overview

This deck is a Boros aggro and combo build helmed by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The primary strategy deploys low-cost Dwarves early, ramps with cost-reduction artifacts and Treasure enablers, and casts Thorin on Turn 4. Thorin generates a Treasure token on entry and whenever another Dwarf enters, while granting all other Dwarves a static +1/+0 buff for every artifact token under your control. By Turn 5, a modest board of Dwarves amasses lethal combat power, backed by explosive burst options like Embercleave, Academy Manufactor, and high-end Dragon threats. The deck also features a compact two-card infinite combat loop using Aggravated Assault and Sword of Feast and Famine. While highly explosive on offense, the deck relies heavily on its creature and token board state, leaving it vulnerable to mass sweepers if its select protection spells are not in hand.
