New Untitled Deck by Shapez

Format: Commander

Commander: Child of Alara

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Child of Alara leads a five-color attrition/stax build whose real plan is to survive long enough to resolve Progenitus. The commander acts as a reset button, while pillow-fort pieces such as Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Crawlspace keep damage away, and hexproof/indestructible effects from Avacyn, Darksteel Forge, and Sigarda make the wipes one-sided. There is no compact combo; the deck wins by locking out combat and then attacking with Progenitus, Avacyn, or an Enduring Angel under Akroma's Memorial. The hidden commander is Progenitus, a 10/10 with protection from everything that is nearly impossible to remove once resolved. Wondrous Crucible and several tutors provide grind, but the lack of a dedicated finisher makes games long.
