Deck overview

This Naya Equipment Voltron deck is built around Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER, using his immediate enter-the-battlefield trigger to bypass expensive equip costs on powerhouses like Colossus Hammer and Wrecking Ball Arm. Innate haste allows Cloud to strike on Turn 4, immediately drawing cards and creating two Treasure tokens to fuel further development. The deck backs up this primary aggressive plan with a dense suite of equip-cost reducers such as Puresteel Paladin, Bruenor Battlehammer, and Forge Anew, as well as alternate combat finishers including Tifa, Martial Artist and Sephiroth, Fallen Hero. A versatile protective shell featuring Clever Concealment, Heroic Intervention, Flawless Maneuver, and Conqueror's Flail safeguards the board against sweepers and targeted interaction. While the deck lacks instant-win combos, its explosive combat speed and card advantage allow it to eliminate players in rapid succession.
