Braids, Arisen Nightmare runs a mono-black attrition engine: each end step it sacrifices a token or cheap permanent, forcing each opponent to lose 2 life or give up a permanent while Braids draws a card. The primary kill is the Gravecrawler + Ashnod's Altar + Pitiless Plunderer + Zulaport Cutthroat loop, which turns one recursive Zombie into infinite death triggers and life drain. Jadar, Ophiomancer, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Endrek Sahr keep the altar fed, while reanimation spells and Gray Merchant/Exsanguinate provide backup burst. Syr Konrad, Mirkwood Bats, and Marionette Apprentice convert incidental deaths into extra damage.
